Happy Bday B!!!

Yep my Boy is 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped and thought the other day. If I'd continue producing offspring at the rate the first two were born, I would now have 4 children. Hats off to those with lots of little kids, but my babes do my head in on days.

But on other days, they are lovely. Just like they were yesterday. This is B after opening a gift from his aunty and started to colour in. He was mightly pleased with himself

Long time no blog

I just don't come here much anymore.

I've been studying, working, running a business, two little monsters and knitting. Bugger that sounds tiring let alone living it.

I hope to blog more cause Lesley is always at me :( *Waves*

And just for Lesley - a piccie of my almost finished kitchen now. All that needs to be done now is the splash back and the floor covering. I had just scrubbed all the cupboard fronts. Kitchen not entirely clean, but it gives you an idea of the size of it - I'm pretty impressed with the kitchen that would normally cost over $40K and we did it for about $10K so far

I have here.....

Two lovely Cherubs Kiss XMAS fleece nappy covers size M. I should have done something with them before hand, but simply haven't.

Lesley told me to sell them, but I just can't do it, it's not in my morals.

SO for the first two people who post a comment (and I must admit it's likely to take a while hey - I really should update more often) will receive one of the covers each. I ask only that you pay the postage on them.

They are MM cream/brown fleece on the outside, and cream microfleece inner. Both have a reindeer embroidery on the bum. One has embroidered tabs, the other XMAS print.
I'd post piccies, but for some reason, my camera and my pooter aren't talking. Must be male and female (chuckle)

A little late for XMAS but then again, there's always next year hey.........

Special Collaborations

There is always something satisfying in helping others - in this case, the very very good friend of a special lady known to me.

I could not but say I'll help.

So you have the opportunity to get something that's a bit different and a BumNRound handknit as well as other special WAHM products and help a friend who is having rough trot right now

Yep it's here

For those who I have regular contact with, will know

I have a NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I picked it up on Friday at 4-30pm and she's already had a trip.

She is a black SS Crewman ute - V8 you say ???? WTF??? With petrol prices the way they are!!!!!

Yes, we tow a lot of things, and really need the power. And to be honest running cost so far is actually better than my old car that was a juice guzzler even for a small V6 engine. Thus the Silver Bullet as she is commonly referred to will be finding a new home just as soon as someone buys her. Good reliable car - just can't do what I want her to any more.

So a new name for my new racey machine - still thinking

Yes I totally suck at blogging

With so much happening in the last year, Blogging is the last thing on my mind.

However, today in a lovely conversation with Lesley (HI) she reminded me about what a great tool blogging can be.

And the reason that she has reminded me is that I have reopened my BumNRound store, which is set to relaunch on 1st July.

So I have been busy busy and the bucket of dyed yarn is getting bigger and bigger. I am planning on putting up some sneaky photos here and also some on the store on Ozebaby.

And I need to learn how to put links on this blog.

Have i ever mentioned that I am totally techno stupid???????

Just for Lori

Ok I really do suck at this blogging stuff.

Life is just soo hectic here lately, and the computer still being in Bodhi's room, well I don't get on it much anymore. But on the up side - my house is cleaner - sorta....................................

Not much knitting has been happening lately. Still finishing off bits and pieces I have started and not finished :( But I have been doing a splodge of dyeing lately. There's some leaving my house this week for south of me, and some for WAY north too. They know how they are.

And I took their wool to a group Bec and I have recently discovered here in Wagga - Knitting and Knotting is 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at a local hotel (swanky one). We sit and knit and talk all yarny stuff - ITS GREAT!!!!! There is a highly talented free form knitter there and I am hoping to learn some bits and bobs from her to put into my store stuff. It's mainly girly stuff I am looking at right now and a planned boy piece for summer.

And in addition to my new found enablers group, I am thinking of revamping BumNRound to be more Boutique type pieces, whilst still being cloth related and wholely wearable and with uses.

Oh yeah, and Bodhi has started walking - Way too early for my liking, but he isn't full time walking yet - He has taken a couple of steps a few times, but still prefers to cruise, or crawl (cause he's mega fast at that too)

Oh and Lesley - I WANT CUPCAKES!!! Just kidding
